    That the Board approve the agreement between Mid-Ohio ESC and Danville Local Schools, to provide teacher of the visually impaired and orientation/mobility services, beginning August 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023.


    6.25 Agreement for Service - Fredericktown Local Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Fredericktown Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Registered Technician Services (RBT) and RBT Supervision services during the 2022-2023 school year.

    That the Board approve the agreement with Wynford Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide credentialed substitute teacher listing for the 2022-2023 school year. 


    6.27 Agreement for Service - Shelby City Schools & Shelby St. Mary School (attachment)

    That the Board approve the Service Agreement between Shelby City Schools, Shelby St. Mary, and the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, to provide ASP Clerk services, by Katelyn Garza, beginning July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023.

    That the Board approve the agreement between Shelby St. Mary and the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, to provide Speech and Language Therapy services, provided by Tess Wakefield, and Occupational Therapy Assistant services, by Leslie Newland, beginning August 15, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023.


    6.29 Agreement for Service - North Central Ohio ESC & Shelby St. Mary School (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement contract be approved between North Central Ohio ESC, Shelby St. Mary, and the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center Governing Board, to provide behavior support services, by Angela Fetter, Behavior Consultant, for up to 37.5 hours during the 2022-2023 school year.


    6.30 Agreement for Service - North Central Ohio ESC & Shelby St. Mary School (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between North Central Ohio ESC, Shelby St. Mary, and the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, to provide School Guidance Counselor services, provided by Demrie Alonzo, beginning August 15, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023.


    6.31 Agreement for Service - Ashland County Community Academy (ACCA) (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Ashland County Community Academy (ACCA) and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide psychology services, provided by Mansfield Psychology Services, effective beginning August 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023.


    6.32 Agreement for Service - St. Mary of the Snow School (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement for service between St. Mary of the Snow and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide 1 FTE of Intervention Specialist services between August 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023.


    6.33 Agreement for Service - Fairway School/Crawford County Board of DD (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Mid-Ohio ESC and Fairway Schools, Crawford County Board of DD, to provide Occupational Therapy services, 3 days per week for the 2022-2023 school year, effective beginning August 15, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023.


    6.34 Agreement for Service - EJ Therapy, LLC (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Mid-Ohio ESC and EJ Therapy, LLC., to provide Summer Orientation & Mobility Services, provided by Heather Geiser, effective beginning June 1, 2022, and ending August 14, 2022.


    6.35 Agreement for Service - EJ Therapy, LLC (attachment)

    That the Board approve the Service Agreement between EJ Therapy, LLC, and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide .3 FTE Vision Services (Orientation and Mobility), provided by Heather Geiser (O&M Specialist), beginning August 16, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023.

    That the Board approve the agreement between Foundations for Living and Mid-Ohio ECS to provide educational services, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. 


    6.38 Lease Agreement Addendum - Richland County Children's Auxiliary / The New Store (attachment)

    That the Board approve the lease agreement addendum between the Richland County Children's Auxiliary / The New Store and Mid-Ohio ESC beginning August 1, 2022 and ending August 31, 2024.


    6.39 Authorize Membership - NACSA

    That the Board approve membership at a cost of $1,250 to join the National Association of Charter School Authorizer (NACSA) for the 2022-2023 school year.


    6.40 Ohio Department of Education Grants

    That the Board accept the following Ohio Department of Education Grant for FY23:

    6.41 Agreement - FY23 Indirect Cost Proposal Certification

    That the Board approve the FY23 Indirect Cost Proposal Certification Agreement. 


    6.42 Vacation Day Carryover

    That the Board approve the carryover of vacation days for the following 12-month employee maintaining a balance at the end of the 2021-2022 contract year:

    6.43 Purchased Services Agreements (attachments)

    That the Board approve the following purchased service agreements.

    GOAL Digital Academy/Jessica Caughlan - $174,984 to provide Family Engagement Liaisons services paid through the ESSER ESC Family Engagement Liaisons Grant for the 2022-2023 & 2023-2024 school years.

    2022-2023

    Cornell Abraxas Group, LLC - Up to $35/hr. as determined by the Cornell Abraxas Group LLC, not to exceed $15,000 to provide SPARC Ready for Hire services. 

    (Amended) AttendanceK12 - $3/ per student + $500/ per school setup fee, to provide reporting, tracking & notification services for MOESC attendance client districts during the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school year (paid from the extended learning grant). 

    Pioneer Career & Technology Center - $50,000, to provide SPARC Ready for Hire grant services. 

    Richland County Youth & Family Council - $14.95/hr. for up to ten high school youth to perform work based learning, not to exceed $20,930 to be paid from the SPARC Ready for Hire grant. 

    Richard Goodright - $70/hr. plus travel, to provide Threat Assessment Training services.

    SPARC Council - Per diem, to provide staffing services for the SPARC Ready for Hire Summer and Afterschool Grant. 

    McWatters Consulting, LLC - $15,000, to provide consulting services for the SPARC Ready for Hire Summer Create Grant. 

    McWatters Consulting, LLC - $25,000 to provide consulting services for the SPARC Ready for Hire Afterschool Create Grant.

    Kimberly Ann Saum, $35/hr. to provide SPARC Ready for Hire grant services.
