That the Board approve the agreement between Ashland Christian School and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Resident Educator Mentoring services for the 2020-2021 school year.

That the Board approve to RESCIND the agreement between Clear Fork Valley Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide vision services (Teacher of the Visually Impaired and/or Orientation and Mobility) during the 2020-2021 school year.

That the Board approve the agreement between Galion St. Joseph School and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy on an as-needed basis during the 2020-2021 school year.

That the Board approve the agreement between Heartland Academy and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Resident Educator Mentoring services for the 2020-2021 school year.
