EBS, $71/hr (7.5 hr/day), for 38 days to provide speech and language therapy services for Highland Local Schools effective August 10, 2020 through October 7, 2020. 

Dena Kirby, $400/day, to provide Striving Readers Grant consulting services, additional allowable expenses incurred may include mileage, meetings, etc. necessary to perform duties, as authorized by the Superintendent. 

New Directions Employee Assistance Program, $1.60/month, per employee - to provide employee assistance services to Mid-Ohio ESC staff and family members, effective August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021.

Renhill, to provide employment services for the 2020-2021 school year.

Gina Smith, $55/hr, not to exceed 14 hours, to provide Intervention Consultant mentorship services during the 2020-2021 school year.

Hollie Snow, $60/hr, to provide speech and language pathology mentoring services for (2) two Mid-Ohio ESC employees; not to exceed 5 hours/month for a total of up to 45 hours per employee, during the 2020-2021 school year.

Soliant Health, LLC, $90/hr; $135/hr (overtime rate) - Jessica Lebold to provide school psychologist services to support district needs during the 2020-2021 school year.

Soliant Health, LLC, $70/hr, $105/hr (overtime rate) - Demrie Alonzo to provide school counseling services to support district needs during the 2020-2021 school year.

Tools4Reading, LLC, $500 to provide a total of 3 webinars to Striving Readers Grant Consortium Districts during the No Cost Extension, 2020-2021.
