That the Board approve the agreement between Ashland City Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide CPI Refresher Training on September 1, 2020 (2 sessions), and October 16, 2020 (1 session).

That the Board approve the agreement between Centerburg Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide vision services (Teacher of the Visually Impaired and/or Orientation and Mobility) during the 2020-2021 school year.

That the Board approve the service agreement between Mansfield Christian School and Mid-Ohio ESC and the Non-Public Title Services Addendum for the 2020-2021 school year.

That the Board approve to rescind the agreement between Mansfield Christian School and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide professional development related to Differentiated Instruction for K-12 teachers on October 20, 2020.

That the Board approved the Affiliation Agreement between North Central State College and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide practicum experience from October 2020 through June 2025.

That the Board approve the agreement for service between Shelby City Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Sacred Heart School with the following staff services for the 2020-2021 school year:

• Title 1 Teacher/Tutor services
• Title 1 Aide services

That the Board approve the agreement for service between the following non-public school and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide services as outlined in the Membership Benefits document for the 2020-2021 school year.

    Mansfield St. Peter's Jr/Sr High School

Thomas Bechelder - $100 to provide art evaluation for the Gifted Department on October 9, 2020.

Luke Beekman - $100 to provide art evaluation for the Gifted Department on October 9, 2020.

Amber Clay-Mowry - $50/hr (inclusive of mileage and supplies) up to 100 hours to provide Striving Readers Grant Consultant services for the 2020-2021 school year.

RESCIND Lisa Kuhar - $350/day to provide Resident Educator Mentoring training on September 16 & 17, 2020.

That the Board approve Modification No. 2 to the Sponsorship Agreement between the Ohio Department of Education and Mid-Ohio ESC.

That the Board approve the License and Service Agreement between Mid-Ohio ESC and SOCS to provide website design and website hosting from October 14, 2020 through October 13, 2021.

That the Board authorize the execution and delivery of the Master Electric Energy Sales Renewal Agreement between Mid-Ohio ESC and POWER4SCHOOLS, at the conclusion of the current agreement ending December 31, 2021. The renewal agreement will be effective from January 2022 through December 2023.

That the Board approve the Title IX service agreement with the following district:

    Pioneer Career & Technology Center

That the Board approve the updated Substitute Teacher/Tutor List for the 2020-2021 school year.

That the following personnel contracts be approved effective the 2020-2021 contract year (*contingent upon client service agreement, administrative/fiscal agent agreements and/or on receipt of grant funds, proper certification/licensure and completed background checks).
