    9.1 Ashland County Community Academy (ACCA) (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Ashland County Community Academy and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide psychological services April 21, 2021 through June 30, 2022.


    9.2 Agreement for Service - Highland Local Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Highland Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide vision services (Teacher of the Visually Impaired and/or Orientation and Mobility) between February 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021.


    9.3 Agreement for Services - Highland Local Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Highland Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide English Language Learner tutoring services 3 days per week from March 29, 2021 through June 30, 2021.


    9.4 Agreement for Service - Madison Local Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Madison Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide behavior support services from March 19, 2021 through June 30, 2021.


    9.5 Ohio Department of Education Grants (attachment)

    9.6 NCOCC/H-COG Internet Access Service Provider Agreement (attachment)

    That the Board approve the Internet Access Provider Agreement between NCOCC/H-COG and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Internet Access to Mid-Ohio ESC from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024.


    9.7 Salary Schedules for 2021-2022

    That the Board approve the Superintendent to prepare salary schedules for 2021-2022 reflecting a 2.25% base increase on all salary schedules.  Said Salary schedules are to be made a part of the Board file.


    9.8 District Contract True-Ups (attachments)

    That the Board approve the following district contract True-Ups with Mid-Ohio ESC for the 2020-2021 school year:

    9.9 Amended Sponsorship Contract with The Tomorrow Center (attachment)

    That the Board approve and ratify the amended and restated community school contract with The Tomorrow Center as presented.

    That the Board approve the following district partnership with Mid-Ohio ESC for Student Wellness and Success funds for FY 2020 and 2021.

    That the Board approve the lease agreement between the LEAP Program and Mid-Ohio ESC beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2024.

    9.14 Purchased Service Agreements (attachments)

    Mr. Michael Coffman, Family Systems Trauma Consultant, $100/hr for two (2) hours - to provide training relative to suicide prevention (QPR Training) on May 5, 2021.

    GOAL Digital Academy - $42/hr to provide English Language Learner (ELL) services on an hourly as-needed basis from March 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021.

    Dennis A. Marikis, Ph.D., Inc., Mansfield Psychological Services - $900 per report to provide psychological services to Mid-Ohio ESC districts on an as-needed basis from September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2023.

    Renhill, to provide employment services from August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022.
