7.1 Amended Agreement for Service - Crestline St. Joseph School (attachment)

That the Board approve the AMENDED service agreement between Crestline St. Joseph School and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Intervention Specialist and Speech Language Therapy Services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.

That the Board approve the agreement between Ashland County Community Academy and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed School Psychology services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


7.4 Agreement for Service - Ashland St. Edward School (attachment)

That the Board approve the service agreement between Ashland St. Edward School and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Intervention Specialist Services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


7.5 Agreement for Service - Buckeye Central Local Schools (attachment)

That the Board approve the agreement between Buckeye Central Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Physical Therapy Supervision services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

That the Board approve the agreement between Lexington Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Academic Intervention Specialist Extended School Year Services, effective beginning June 1, 2025, and ending August 15, 2025.


7.11 Agreement for Service - Lexington Local Schools (attachment)

That the Board approve the agreement between Lexington Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Occupational Therapy Consultation, Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supervision & Homebound Services, and Positive Behavior & SEL Training Services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


7.12 Agreement for Service - Madison Local Schools and St. Mary of the Snows School (attachment)

That the Board approve agreement for service between Madison Local Schools (Client A), St. Mary of the Snows School (Client B), and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide Intervention Specialist services, to be provided by Tiffany Stout, Intervention Specialist, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


7.13 Agreement for Service - Mt. Gilead Exempted Village Local Schools CPI (attachment)

That the Board approve the agreement between Mt. Gilead Exempted Village Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide two Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Initial trainings, effective beginning August 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.


7.14 Agreement for Service - Mt. Gilead Exempted Village Local Schools PBIS (attachment)

That the Board approve the agreement between Mt. Gilead Exempted Village Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide two Positive Intervention and Support (PBIS) trainings, effective beginning August 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.


7.15 Agreement for Service - Richland School of Academic Arts (attachment)

That the Board approve the agreement between Richland School of Academic Arts and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide Psychology and Occupational Therapy services, effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.


7.16 Agreement for Service - Shelby City Schools and Shelby St. Mary's School (attachment)

That the Board approve the agreement for service between Shelby City Schools (Client A) and Shelby St. Mary School (Client B) and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide As-Needed Speech Language Therapy services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


7.17 Agreement for Service - St. Joseph Catholic School Title I Pooling (attachment)

That the Board approve the pooling agreement between St. Joseph Catholic School and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Title I services.  The following districts are pooling their Title I allocations for the Title I services identified within the staffing agreements effective July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026:

7.18 Agreement for Service - Non-Public / Charter / Community Schools (attachments)

That the Board approve the agreement for services between the following non-public / charter schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide services as outlined in the Membership Benefits document for the 2025-2026 school year.

That the Board approve the agreement between American Fidelity Assurance Company and Mid-Ohio ESC for participation in their supplemental insurance policies, effective January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.


7.20 Speech Language Pathology Development Program Agreement (attachment)

That the Board approve the following agreement with Phoebe Hupp for participation in the Speech Language Pathology Development Program.

GOAL Digital Academy, to provide As Needed Speech and Language Therapy services for Abraxas and Foundations for Living F.I.R.S.T. Schools by Meredith Snow, SLP, $80/hour, beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.

Lisa Riegel DBA Educational Partnerships Institute, LLC (EPI), $142.50/hr., to provide consulting services on an as needed basis, as approved by the director.
