That the Board approve the AMENDED service agreement between Crestline St. Joseph School and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Intervention Specialist and Speech Language Therapy Services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
That the Board approve the following district service contracts with Mid-Ohio ESC for FY-26:

That the Board approve the agreement between Ashland County Community Academy and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed School Psychology services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
That the Board approve the service agreement between Ashland St. Edward School and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Intervention Specialist Services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
That the Board approve the agreement between Buckeye Central Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Physical Therapy Supervision services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
That the Board approve the agreement between Clear Fork Valley Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
That the Board approve the agreement between Crestline Exempted Village Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide 2.0 units of Leadership & Learning services, beginning July 1, 2025 and ending September 30, 2025.
That the Board approve the agreement for service between Crestline Exempted Village Schools (Client A) & Crestline St. Joseph School (Client B) and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Title 1 Tutoring services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
That the Board approve the agreement with Highland Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
That the Board approve the agreement between Lexington Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Academic Intervention Specialist Extended School Year Services, effective beginning June 1, 2025, and ending August 15, 2025.

That the Board approve the agreement for services between the following non-public / charter schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide services as outlined in the Membership Benefits document for the 2025-2026 school year.

That the Board approve the agreement between American Fidelity Assurance Company and Mid-Ohio ESC for participation in their supplemental insurance policies, effective January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.
That the Board approve the following agreement with Phoebe Hupp for participation in the Speech Language Pathology Development Program.
