The Governing Board of Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center (MOESC), will now conduct a public hearing on the issue of considering the request of a current employee, Beth Gildenmeister, to be retired from MOESC and rehired with MOESC. This hearing is in fulfillment of the directives specified in the ORC 3307.353 and 3309.345 respectively.
The President will call for corrections and a motion to approve the June 17, 2026 Regular Meeting minutes.

That the Board approve the agreement between Galion City Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed ESY Intervention Specialist, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy Services, effective beginning June 1, 2026, and ending August 30, 2026.
That the Board approve the agreement between GOAL Digital Academy and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide Board Certified Behavior Analyst Services and Physical Therapy services, effective beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.
