    The Governing Board of Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center (MOESC), will now conduct a public hearing on the issue of considering the request of a current employee, Beth Gildenmeister, to be retired from MOESC and rehired with MOESC. This hearing is in fulfillment of the directives specified in the ORC 3307.353 and 3309.345 respectively.

    7.3 Agreement for Service - Galion City Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Galion City Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed ESY Intervention Specialist, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy Services, effective beginning June 1, 2026, and ending August 30, 2026.

    That the Board approve the agreement between Ashland County Community Academy and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed School Psychologist and SLP Services, effective beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.

    That the Board approve the agreement between Foundation Academy and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide Physical Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst services, effective July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.

    That the Board approve the agreement between Richland School for Academic Arts and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide Physical Therapy, BCBA, and Occupational Therapy services, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.


    7.13 Agreement for Service - Shelby City School District (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Shelby City School District and Mid-Ohio ESC - Abraxas, to support the operation of programs at Abraxas, through Title 1-D Neglected Part D funds.


    7.14 Agreement for Service - St. Joseph Catholic School Title I Pooling (attachment)

    That the Board approve the pooling agreement between St. Joseph Catholic School and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Title I services.  The following districts are pooling their Title I allocations for the Title I services identified within the staffing agreements effective July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027:
