The Governing Board of Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center (MOESC), will now conduct a public hearing on the issue of considering the request of a current employee, Jennifer Arnold, to be retired from MOESC and rehired with MOESC. This hearing is in fulfillment of the directives specified in the ORC 3307.353 and 3309.345 respectively.

That the Board approve out-of-state travel for David Jones to attend the 2025 National Association of Charter School Authorizers (NACSA) Annual Leadership Conference to be held on October 20-23, 2025, in Houston, Texas.


9.4 Rescinded - Agreement for Service - Ashland County Community Academy

That the Board rescind the agreement between Ashland County Community Academy and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide 1 day of Leadership & Learning services, effective beginning January 1, 2025 through May 31, 2025.


9.5 Agreement for Service - Ashland University (attachment)

That the Board approve the agreement between Ashland University College of Education and Mid-Ohio ESC to establish a collaborative program offering a Principal Licensure Program, effective May 2025 through May 2028.


9.6 Agreement for Service - Aspire/GED program (attachment)

That the Board authorizes the Superintendent to enter into an agreement with Mansfield City Schools and the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) to be the successor fiscal agent for the Aspire program as of July 1, 2025 as outlined in the attached change of fiscal agreement.

That the Board will approve agreement for service between Bucyrus City Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Support and Professional Development Services, including but not limited to: consultation, technical assistance, career pathways coaching services to the district, effective July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
