    8.1 Agreement for Service - Galion City Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Galion City Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Traditional Crisis Prevention and Intervention Training on January 17, 2020.


    8.2 Agreement for Service - Galion City Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Galion City Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide consulting, observation and professional development services to Galion St. Joseph School on January 9, 2020, March 5, 2020, April 2, 2020, and May 7, 2020.

       


    8.3 Agreement for Service - Hillsdale Local Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Hillsdale Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide vision services (Teacher of the Visually Impaired and/or Orientation and Mobility) during the 2019-2020 school year.


    8.4 Agreement for Service - Hillsdale Local Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Hillsdale Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Crisis Prevention and Intervention Training on February 14, 2020.

    That the Board approve the agreement between Madison Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide School Psychology services specific to Medicaid Billing, by January 13, 2020.

    That the Board approve the agreement between Madison Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to have the Teaching & Learning team present at the Inservice Day on February 14, 2020.

    That the Board approve the agreement for service between Madison Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide paraprofessional services at Mansfield Christian School during the 2019 - 2020 school year.

    That the Board approve the agreement between Plymouth-Shiloh Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Behavior Support Consultation services during the 2019-2020 school year. 


    8.9 Agreement for Service - Willard City Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement for service between Willard City Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide traditional Initial Crisis Prevention Training on August 3, 2020.


    8.10 VOYA 403(b) Re-stated Plan (available for review)

    That the Board approve the updated VOYA 403(b) Plan document originally approved on December 9, 2008 as the ING 403(b) Plan.  This updated document meets the written plan requirements as prescribed by the IRS.


    8.11 Purchased Service Agreements (attachments)

    Richie Contartesi - $3,250/half day, keynote speaker for the Administrative Conference on August 3, 2020.

    Zack Dollish - $100, photographer for Franklin B. Walter Program on March 10, 2020.

    Educational Partnerships Institute, LLC (EPI) - $22,500 to improve parent engagement efforts in Striving Readers districts during the 2019-2020 school year. Funds are from the Striving Readers Grant.

    Highland Local Schools - $452.18/day for up to 70-days for Amber Clay-Mowry to provide Educational Consultant services during the 2019-2020 school year.

    Ruth McLatchie - $350/day to provide school psychology tasks, related to Medicaid Billing for Madison Local Schools, to be completed by January 13, 2020.

    Kathleen McNamara - $750/day to provide professional development, "Ethics of Scientific Decision-Making" on May 22, 2020.

    Scholastic Education - $71,982 to conduct Family Engagement Assessments in Striving Readers districts during the 2019-2020 school year. Funds are from the Striving Readers Grant.

     


    8.12 Updated Substitute/Tutor List 2019-2020 (available for review)

    That the Board approve the updated Substitute Teacher/Tutor List for the 2019-2020 school year.


    9. Superintendent Recommendations - Personnel Action

    9.1 Employment Contracts

    That the following personnel contracts be approved effective with the 2019-2020 contract year (*contingent upon client service agreement, administrative/fiscal agent agreements and/or on receipt of grant funds, proper certification/licensure and completed background checks).
