That the Board approve the AMENDED agreement between Carey Exempted Village Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Physical and Speech Language Therapy Services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


9.2 Amended Agreement for Service - Northmor Local Schools (attachment)

That the Board approves the AMENDED agreement between Northmor Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Physical and Speech Language Therapy Services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


9.3 Amended Staffing Agreement - Northmor School District (attachment)

That the Board approve the amended staffing agreement between Northmor School District and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide staffing services for the 2025 - 2026 school year.


9.4 Agreement for Service - Crestline Exempted Village Local Schools (attachment)

That the Board approve the agreement between Crestline Exempted Village Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide Leadership Supports and Teaching & Learning services, beginning January 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2026.

9.6 Agreement for Service - American Fidelity Assurance Company (attachment)

That the Board approve an agreement with American Fidelity Assurance Company to serve as the third-party administrator for the District’s Section 125 Flexible Benefit (Cafeteria) Plan and to provide supplemental insurance benefits to eligible employees.


9.7 Agreement for Service - Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) (attachment)

That the Board approve the agreement between Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide access and training to certain licensed content known as the Telecommunications Education Center to benefit the TurboCert programs in Morrow County and Crawford County, beginning January 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2026.


9.8 Authorize Attendance - The Leading by Learning Series

That the Board approve out-of-state travel for Carrie Wood to attend The Leading by Learning Series to be held February 17-19, 2026 in Chicago, Illinois, to be paid for by the ReadOhio fund.


9.9 Donation from Mansfield New Journal (attachment)

That the Board approve the donation of $250.00 from the Mansfield New Journal for the 2026 Spelling Bee.


9.10 Lease Agreement - Cardington-Lincoln Local Schools (attachment)

That the Board approve the Lease Agreement between Cardington-Lincoln Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to lease a portion of the Miller Family Center Building for the Morrow County TurboCert program, beginning on January 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2026.


9.11 Memorandum of Understanding - Richland County Job and Family Services (attachment)

That the Board approve the agreement between Richland County Job and Family Services and Mid-Ohio ESC, to participate in the OhioMeansJobs Cost Sharing Agreement for the Aspire Adult Education program, beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026.


9.12 Resolution to authorize the repair and replacement of the conference room and reception area in the Conference Center (Attachment)

That the Board approve the attached resolution authorizing the Superintendent to enter into a contract for the repair and replacement of the conference room and reception area in the Conference Center. 


9.13 Purchased Services Agreement (attachments)

That the Board approve the following purchased services agreements.

Lucas Beekman, $200.00, to provide art evaluation for the Gifted Department.

Lesley Wickham, SLP, $1,500.00, to provide mentoring services to a Hillsdale Local Schools student enrolled in the HS SLP Development Program.

Linda Wilson, $200.00, to provide art evaluation for the Gifted Department.

Allison Whitaker, M. Ed., BCBA, COBA, New Beginnings Behavioral Therapy, $150/hr., to provide Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Supervision Services beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026.
