    3. Establish Public Meeting

    That the Governing Board of Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center (MOESC), establishes November 19, 2025 (November Regular meeting 12:00 p.m.) as the date for a public meeting for the issue of considering the request of a current employee, Kevin D. Kimmel, to be retired from MOESC and rehired with MOESC. This public meeting is in fulfillment of the directives specified in the ORC 3307.353 and 3309.345 respectively.

    8.1 Amended Agreement for Service - Lexington Local Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the amended agreement between Lexington Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed Occupational Therapy Support Services, Board Certified Behavior Analyst Services, and Positive Behavior & SEL Training Services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


    8.2 Amended Staffing Agreement - Northmor School District (attachment)

    That the Board approve the amended staffing agreement between Northmor School District and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide staffing services for the 2025 - 2026 school year.


    8.3 Rescinded - Agreement for Service - Galion City Schools and Galion St. Joseph School

    That the Board rescind the agreement for service between Galion City Schools (Client A) & Galion St. Joseph School (Client B) and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide Speech Language, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy services, effective July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


    8.4 Agreement for Service - Bucyrus City Schools - LEAP (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement between Bucyrus City Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide As Needed out of district Speech and Language Therapy at Mansfield LEAP, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


    8.5 Agreement for Service - Bucyrus City Schools - SLP (attachment)

    That the Board approves the agreement between Bucyrus City Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC to provide as needed SLP Aide services, effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.


    8.6 Agreement for Service - Fredericktown Local Schools (attachment)

    That the Board approve the agreement with Fredericktown Local Schools and Mid-Ohio ESC, to provide as needed Academic Services, Multi-Language Learner Itinerant Services, and as needed RBT services, effective beginning effective beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.

    That the Board approve the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center's Business Advisory Council (BAC) to represent Galion City School District.
